    • Chicago Local: Includes hand-delivery drop-off and a 1-hour fitting session. Restricted strictly to addresses within a 9-mile radius centered on the Chicago Loop.

    • National Shipping: Addresses outside the 9-mile zone automatically transition to our shipped track. All round-trip expedited transit costs are paid by the client and are finalized upfront on your initial invoice. A pre-paid return shipping label is packaged directly inside your delivery box for a seamless return loop.

    • Security Hold: A temporary credit card authorization hold for 100% of the item's replacement value is safely vaulted prior to garment transit and is automatically released upon its safe return to our studio.
