Local Hand-Delivery & Fittings

Your dates are officially secured once your upfront rental payment is processed upon request approval. When checking out, please ensure the option to save your card on file is selected. This allows the studio to place the temporary security hold just before your scheduled delivery.

Your hand-delivery includes a private 1-hour fitting session. If a garment doesn't fit properly during the session, your rental fees for that item are immediately refunded.

National Shipping
Shipped orders require all rental fees and round-trip expedited shipping costs to be finalized and paid upfront before fulfillment. Every shipped package arrives with all return transit labels and packing materials included. When your project wraps, simply reuse the original box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

No. A temporary authorization hold is placed on your card on file before delivery. These funds are frozen to protect the collection and are automatically released once the garments return to the studio in their original condition.

Timelines are strictly enforced to protect upcoming bookings. Shipped returns must be scanned at the carrier counter by 12:00 PM CST on your scheduled return date. Local return appointments are arranged at the time of booking.

Late returns will automatically incur the individual garment's daily rental rate for each day it remains overdue, billed directly to your card on file. If a garment is lost, permanently damaged, or unreturned, your card will be charged the full replacement value of the item, plus a flat 15% sourcing fee to cover the administrative cost of reclaiming that specific piece for our collection.

Delivery Zones
Local hand-delivery and your 1-hour fitting session are limited strictly to addresses within a 9-mile radius centered on the Chicago Loop. Any delivery address located outside this 9-mile parameter automatically transitions to the national shipping track, requiring expedited round-trip transit.

Round-trip expedited shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and added to your upfront booking invoice upon request approval. This fee covers both your outbound transit and the pre-printed return label included in your box.

Every shipped pull includes a pre-printed, prepaid expedited return shipping label and all necessary packaging materials packaged directly inside your box. When your window closes, simply place the garment back into its protective poly bag and tissue paper, seal our custom box with the enclosed precut water-activated tape, and drop it at the designated carrier counter. Do not utilize alternative couriers or slower shipping methods.
