PROSÍM | STUDIO - Wardrobe Pull Agreement

This Wardrobe Pull Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between PROSÍM | STUDIO ("Lender") and the undersigned Stylist, Production Company, or Costume Department ("Renter"). By proceeding with a pull request, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the rental terms, handling requirements, and return conditions outlined below.
Rental Term & Fee Structure
Minimum Order Threshold: A minimum order fee of $75.00 applies to all garment pulls. To satisfy this baseline, Renters have the option to bundle multiple garments or accessories. If a single selected garment's tiered rental fee falls below the $75.00 threshold, a custom Studio Order Surcharge will automatically be added to the manual invoice to bridge the exact financial gap to $75.00. This surcharge ensures the operational costs of your private 1-hour fitting session, localized delivery, and standard cleaning are covered.
Rental Duration: All items approved for a pull are rented strictly for the exact timeframe confirmed by the Lender.
Billing Workflow: Pull requests are reviewed manually for approval. To secure your approved dates and safely vault your payment credentials for the pre-delivery replacement hold, rental fees are processed upfront upon request approval. Dates are officially secured with your rental payment, and Prosim asks that you check the option to save your card information during checkout so the automated security hold can be placed prior to delivery. These rental fees are immediately refunded for any garments where the fit isn't right during your session. Shipped orders require all rental fees and round-trip shipping costs to be paid by the client and finalized upfront before fulfillment.
Fitting Session Limitations: The private 1-hour fitting session included with local hand-delivery is designated strictly for sizing, fit evaluation, and styling adjustments. The fitting session window may not be utilized for commercial photography, portfolio videography, or lookbook production of any kind.
Late Returns: Timelines are strictly enforced to protect upcoming bookings. Late returns will automatically incur the individual garment's specific daily rental rate for each day it remains overdue. This fee is billed directly to the card on file until the item is returned safely or the full garment replacement value is met.
Cleaning: All cleaning is handled exclusively by the Lender. Renter may not wash, steam, or dry-clean any garment.
