The Promise:

Every piece in the shop is hand-selected, factually described, and photographed in detail—including any signs of wear. The objective is for clients to feel confident purchasing from a curated studio.

Studio Policy:

PROSÍM operates as a curated shop. Most items exist in a single size and a single quantity, and for this reason, all sales are final. Traditional returns or exchanges are not offered. Please review measurements and compare them with your own, as sizing varies by era and designer.

If Something Isn't Right:

For any concerns regarding an order upon arrival, please contact the studio within 3 days of delivery at hello@prosim.studio. Include the order number and photos so the claim can be evaluated. Approved claims are resolved strictly via store credit.
